Today we will learn how to make Strawberry Margarita Popsicles, a quick, boozy and icy treat perfect for hot summer days.

If the weather the last few days is any indication, then we are still thick in the middle of winter with feverishly cold temp, endless rain with no sun in sight. With that said, this recipe has me daydreaming about the perfect summer afternoon hanging out with friends, maybe by the pool with the grill out and some burgers to celebrate being alive.
With strawberry season upon us, this strawberry margarita popsicles recipe will slowly become your favorite ice delight to quench your thirst. Why, you ask? Because this delicious fruity combination is what summer is all about.
Ice Pops are incredibly easy to put together, so if you’re planning on using it for a party just plan accordingly and you will be fine. Plus this tasty treat is paleo, vegan, and naturally sweetened, so it’s a win really.
20 medium strawberries - washed and hulled
¼ cup fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
¼ cup tequila
¼ cup water
2 Tablespoons honey
6 lime slices (optional)
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 10-12 seconds.
Drop a lime slice into each popsicle mold (optional).
Pour the strawberry margarita mixture into each mold, up to the fill line.
Place the covers/sticks on top and freeze overnight.
To serve, run warm water over the molds to release each popsicle from their mold.
