Azerbaijan presents its first national comic “Koroglu”

Azerbaijan`s first national comic “Koroglu” has been launched.

Axar.az reports citing Azertag.

The project managers first conducted a historical research, worked with archival materials, and presented Koroglu as a hero.

Next edition of the comic will feature Koroglu and other national heroes of the Azerbaijani history, including Babak, Shah Ismayil Khatai, and one of the heroes of the modern era Mubariz Ibrahimov.

In the years ahead, the authors of the project plan to present toys, animation and computer games based on the comic.
