Everybody dreams long and healthy lifetime. Sometimes we have some bad habits that lead us to death.

1. To sit 7 hours – According to the researches, those people who sit 7 hours during a day are more likely to risk of death. 2. Sleep More than 8 hours – is damage for health. Especially it is for dangerous for women. 3.

Be motionless - this type of people have more risk cancer, Parkinson's disease, liver disease etc. 4. Drink alcohol- drinking alcohol in the first place among these 6habits. Drinking alcohol leads to different types of cancers. 5. Smoking – according to experts’ information smoking is an important factor in the risk of death.

Tobacco causes cancer disease. Including: lung, biliary tract cancer. 6. Oil and sweet dishes - too much obesity can quickly lead to death. If you lighten your diet, you can lead a healthier lifestyle.
