USA wants lead world countries after fall of USSR.

Axar.az reports that President of SYria Bashar al - Assad told that during his interview with Iranian media. According to his words, USA has a purpose of destroying countries which don't obey USA:

"This policy became active after the rise of new powers. Change of power balance is not what America wants. Of course attack against countries who are against American hegemony is included in the plans of Washington. They are applying same scenario on Syria which they applied on Iran in 2003. Terrorism, psychological war, economic war are used in all fields. Main method against Syria was media. Their main purpose is destruction of Syria, Syrian nation's identity and faith, but they don't want to say it".
