Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Republic of Turkey will hold the forth trilateral meeting in Baku on 18-19 July 2017.

Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Republic of Turkey will hold the forth trilateral meeting in Baku with participation of Elmar Mammadyarov, Rashid Meredov and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on 18-19 July 2017. After the meeting, the Ministers will hold joint press-conference.
The first trilateral meeting of Azerbaijan - Turkmenistan - Turkey at the level of Foreign Ministers was held in Baku on May 26, 2014. Following this meeting, H.E. Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr Abdulla Gul, President of the Republic of Turkey and H.E Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan held trilateral meeting on the sideline of IV Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.
As an outcome of the second Ashgabat meeting on January 29, 2015 the Framework Program of Azerbaijan -Turkmenistan -Turkey trilateral cooperation for 2015-2017 years was adopted.
The third trilateral meeting of Foreign Ministers was held in Antalya on August 28, 2015. At the meeting Antalya Statement was adopted. Following Antalya meeting, the first convention of the joint Technical Committee on Caspian transit crossings between the Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Turkey and Turkmenistan was held.
