Turkey supports Azerbaijan’s and Georgia’s integrity

Turkey supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and Georgia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Sept.6 at a press conference. reports citing APA.

Turkish Foreign Minister said that the projects jointly implemented by Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia serve the welfare of not only these countries, but also for the region.

“The TANAP project will start in 2018. This project will contribute to Europe's energy security. Besides, works on the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project are about to be over. Test trips will take place and we discussed the dates. This project connects not only the three countries”, said the Turkish FM.

The sixth trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia is held in Baku on September 6.
