The joint statement that has been signed today by Donald Trump and Kim Jong-Un at the summit in Singapore has been revealed.

It was signed by the two leaders in the early hours of Tuesday morning at the Capella Hotel where their historic first meeting took place. Donald Trump has since confirmed that he would be happy to welcome Kim Jong-Un to the White House after a positive first encounter. Some of the agreements in the statement include America and North Korea combining their efforts ‘to build a lasting and stable peace regime’. It also highlights plans for North Korea ‘to work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula’.
