Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to settle their divorce ‘within weeks’ – two years after announcing their split. The couple, who share six children together, have reportedly agreed on a truce, with lawyers putting the ‘finishing touches’ on paperwork. informs citing

And insiders have revealed the pair – who were together for nearly 12 years – have come to a mutual agreement over the custody of kids Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. ‘The terms of the divorce are now agreed,’ a source claimed. ‘They are being finalised by both legal teams, but will be filed within weeks.’

The source added to The Sun: ‘It’s a huge turnaround from where the marriage ended, especially given the claims Angelina made against Brad, but they are now on pretty good terms. ‘Both decided it was crucial for the children that they had a respectful relationship.’ The news comes amid claims Angelina is seeing a new man – but it’s not thought to be too serious between the pair yet. According to the rumourmill, the mystery man is a real estate agent, and is ‘handsome’ and ‘older looking.’ An insider told Entertainment Tonight that for the 42-year-old ‘just having another adult to spend time with has been helpful.’ And another source told the publication Brad is also back out on the single scene, and is thought to be ‘quietly dating’.

‘He’s very private about who he’s seeing, but he does continue to casually date,’ an insider revealed. ‘When they first split he spent a lot of time at home and was often very down about what was going on. He was a homebody for many months, but in the last month or two, he’s been going out more. ‘He enjoys going out to eat with close friends.’

They added: ‘He is in no way ready to get serious with anyone. He invites his dates over to his house and never takes women out in public. While it’s been a year and a half [after their split], it still feels too soon to him.’
