Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan

Armenian armed units violated ceasefire using 60 and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers with Azerbaijan 117 times on various parts of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenia troops in one day, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on March 25.   


Armenian armed units stationed in  the village Berkaber of Armenia’s Ijevan district, village Berdavan and nameless uplands of Noyemberyan district, villages Mosesgegh, Aygepar of Berd district  fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces on nameless uplands and villages Gizilhajili, Kamarli, Gushchu of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district, Agdam, Alibayli villages of Tovuz district.

  
Moreover, Azerbaijani positions located on nameless uplands of Gadabay district came under fire from Armenian positions located on nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.  


Another ceasefire violation came from the positions located in  Gulustan village of Goranboy district, Chilaburt village of  Terter district,  Shikhlar, Sarijali, Kangarli, Javahirli, Novruzlu, Shuraaabad, Garagashli, Marzili, Yusifjanli  villages of Aghdam district,  Kuropatkino of  Khojavend district, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashaghi Seyidahmadli of Fizulu district, Mehdili of Jabrayil district, as well as in nameless uplands on Goranboy, Khojavend,  Fizuli and Jabrayil districts.  


In consideration of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces inflicted 119 strikes on enemy positions.
