Axar.az reports that it was said by the country’s deputy education minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

The deputy minister said that this is a very positive step in term of better management of universities and creation of wider opportunities.

“The Charter of the Baku Engineering University as a new public legal entity has already been approved. New charters of the pother three universities will also be developed and submitted to the president”, he said.
