Azerbaijan and Russia intend to develop comprehensive cooperation in the field of military-technical cooperation, according to a report of the Russian Defense Ministry, the Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov stated this to journalists. reports citing APA.
