Fire in Gabala was extinguished

The fire extinguishing in the forest area near the villages of Solcja, Abrikh and Dandikh in the Gabala region has been finished.

Axar.az reports citing Ministry of Emergency Situations that the fire was extinguished at 5 pm on September 7.

As a result of urgent and operational measures taken in the past days, the fire was prevented from moving to settlements and farms, and no casualties were reported among the population.

Notably, the fire extinguishing operation involved the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Gabala District Executive Power.
