Last night, two of “Grad “shells thrown by Armenians fell on cotton storage in the center of Tartar.

Chief of Tartar District Executive Power (EP) Mustagim Mammadov said.

Chief Executive said that the Armenians continue to implement sabotage plans on the front line: "On the night of April 27 to 28, Armenians violated ceasefire on the frontline. Their main target is civilians and, therefore, constantly firing on residential areas and office buildings in the region. Last night, two "Grad" shells thrown by the Armenians exploded near a cotton storage in the center of the city. As a result, the building of storage fell into disrepair. "
