Terror attack in Adana -

Two people have been killed, 16 others have been injured by a suspected terrorist attack in the parking lot of the governor's office in southern Turkey's Adana province early Thursday.

Several ambulances and police teams were seen rushing towards the area.

The governor survived the apparent attack. Turkey's minister for EU affairs Ömer Çelik tweeted that he had spoken with the governor.

Television images showed a fire in the building and thick black smoke above. The explosion blew out the windows in the multi-storey building.
