Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has insulted a Reuters news agency cameraman by calling him "an imbecile" during the OSCE countries ministers meeting.

Axar.az informs, in a video published on YouTube, Lavrov is seen communicating with the press pool before the bilateral meeting with German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

After the trappings of power, diplomats usually express gratitude to media in order to get the photo and video sessions over, but this time one of the cameraman had stayed at the scene for several seconds to film the ministers passing by, the outlet said.

This occasion had outraged minister Lavrov, and then he told media "What do you want? You can get out!".

Then after shaking his head, Lavrov added in Russian: "Imbecile..." and went away.
