Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that, he would talk with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. informs that, Erdogan said, he had followed events in Syria:

“Ceasefire was reached after intense discussions in Aleppo yesterday. Phase of evacuation of civilians and withdrawing the opposition from the east of Aleppo will begin as a result of discussions which I have personally participated. Today will be a phone conversation with Mr. Putin. Foreign Minister, the leader of the MIT is watching the events. Our situation in the region is very confusing”.
