Shocking step from Putin: "Nuclear weapons..."

We should improve strategic nuclear weapons which can pass missile defense systems.

Axar.az reports that, President of Russia Vlaedimir Putin said that at the board meeting of Ministry of Defense.

"We also should improve non - nuclear weapons.These weapons should be able to prevent all kind of military threads against Russia," - said Putin.
