Car bomb exploded in Ukrainian capital Kiev late Friday, killing a civilian and leaving three others wounded, according to initial reports.

Axar.az reports citing Turkish media.

Police are investigating whether the incident is a terror attack or not.

One of the wounded was a child.

The car had a Georgian license plate and exploded near Arena Mall, between Basseyna and Velyka Vasylkivksa avenues.
