Azerbaijan businessman and son die in car accident

Two Azerbaijanis citizens have been killed in a nasty car accident in Russia’s Sakhalin Oblast.

The victims have been identified as Latif Hasanov and his son Elnur Hasanov, who were born in the village of Donuk Girigli in Tovuz district, Jamalkhan Karimov, the chairman of the Council of Elders of the Azerbaijani community in Nevelsk told APA.

Karimov said Latif Hasanov run a business in Nevelsk city.

"Latif Hasanov has a few grocery stores. This terrible incident occurred when he and his son were carrying goods from Nevelsk to their stores in southern Sakhalin. The delivery of the corpses to Azerbaijan is delayed because of bad weather conditions."
