Terror attack in Turkey: 2 police officers killed

Two police officers were martyred in a car bomb attack carried out Friday morning by PKK terrorists in Nusaybin, Mardin, in southeastern Turkey, police sources said.

Several people, including four civilians, were wounded. Four sustained serious injuries.

The explosion occurred in an area close to a police station and a police housing compound.

The blast caused extensive damage to the housing compound and a large impact crater at the blast site.
