An earthquake hit Turkey's Ankara on Wednesday, said Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).

Axar.az reports citing Turkish media.

Ahmet Deniz, the governor of the province, said there are reports that some of the buildings were damaged but no casualties have been reported yet.
