On February 19, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the Head of the European Commission's Directorate General for Mobility and Transport (MOVE), Henrik Hololei.

Axar.az reports that, Henrik Hololei congratulated the head of state on the victory in the last presidential election, which he assessed as a confidence of the people in the country for stability and development.

The meeting was focused on the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and the European Union, highlighted the importance of creation of modern transport infrastructure in our country and exchanged views on prospects for cooperation in the field of transport.
