On September 25, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov addressed an informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in a video conference within the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.

Axar.az reports this was stated by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

In his speech, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov noted the importance of cooperation in the crisis at a time when the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world, and informed the participants about Azerbaijan's contribution to international efforts to eliminate the pandemic.

He also informed about a number of important initiatives, such as the convening of a special session of the UN General Assembly and the Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement.
