Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and President of the Institute for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (IPIS) Mohammad Kazem Sajjadpour and Hakki Uygur, chair of the Center for Iranian Studies (IRAM) in Ankara has visited Azerbaijan’s Aghdam.

Axar.az reports that they first visited the "Imarat" (Palace) complex of Panahali khan, the founder of the Karabakh khanate, and saw the destruction committed by the Armenians and the traces of Armenian vandalism.
