NATO must respond to Ankara's purchase of S-400 systems from Russia.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Nils Schmidt, a member of the German Social Democratic Party, in an interview with RIA Novosti. He said the US should deploy its anti-missile systems in Turkey:

“First, the acquisition of the S-400 is a problem for NATO. Therefore, like NATO, we must respond firmly. We believe that the deployment of Russian weapons in Turkey is a threat to NATO's alliance. That's why we need to find another means to defend Turkey. We need to find opportunities to deploy US missile systems in Turkey. ”
