President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is scheduled to address the 75th session of the UN General Assembly on September 24.
Axar.az reports that the 75th-anniversary session of the UN General Assembly began in New York on September 15. The annual general discussions will start on September 22.
The format of the traditional High-Level Week will be changed this time: the country's leaders, as an exception, will be able to send their speeches in video format this year. There will be one person from each delegation in the conference hall.
Traditionally, the debates are opened by Brazil, followed by the United States, which is located in the territory of the UN headquarters.
The speeches of the heads of state will be broadcast one after another in the conference hall in accordance with the list of conference participants and the rules of procedure. According to the preliminary list, on the first day of the general debate - September 22, the United States, China, France, Russia, Iran and others. The leaders of the countries will speak.
The speech of the President of Azerbaijan will be broadcast on September 24.
