Karabakh has historically been Azerbaijani lands, and this is confirmed by international law.

Axar.az informs that the statement came from Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mustafa Shentop during his visit to Ganja.

"The fact that Nagorno-Karabakh is Azerbaijani lands is reflected in international law. In addition, there are official resolutions in international law on Armenia's unconditional withdrawal from Nagorno-Karabakh. But Armenia ignores these resolutions and continues its policy of aggression. We have been and will continue to be near Azerbaijan. Karabakh is Azerbaijan," Shentop said.
