Today we have gathered to commemorate the Khojaly massacre, the largest massacre of civilians during the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov speaking at an event dedicated to the Khojaly genocide.

According to him, the perpetrators of the massacre have not yet been brought to justice.

"Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies have proved that the Khojaly massacre was a genocide. Various countries around the world have adopted resolutions and resolutions characterizing this event as a war crime. In 2010, the European Court of Human Rights issued a document condemning the practice. However, despite all this, the massacre has not received the necessary attention in the international arena."
