Tripartite meeting in Moscow: the parties agreed

The next meeting of the trilateral working group consisting of the deputy prime ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia took place today.

Axar.az reports that the meeting focused on the prospects for the restoration of transport communications in the South Caucasus, the progress of work within the four-item joint statement adopted by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin on 11 January.

The parties agreed to hold the second part of the 8th meeting in the near future.

The meeting in Moscow was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mger Grigoryan and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk.
