Egypt is ready to mediate between Armenia and Azerbaijan for the normalization of relations.

Axar.az reports that Egyptian President Abdulfattah Sisi said this during his meeting with Armenian President Vaaghn Khachatryan in Yerevan.

During the conversation with you, I mentioned that we have a neutral position on the issue of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. In this sense, if you accept our mediation and want us to mediate or take on such a role, we are ready," he said.
