Axar.az reports citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that on November 16 rain is expected in some places in Baku and on the Absheron peninsula.

The atmospheric pressure will make 776 mm, the relative humidity will be 70-80% at night, 60-65% in the daytime.
