On July 14, 2020, a civilian was killed as a result of artillery fire opened by the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Tovuz region.

Axar.az reports this is Aziz Izzet oglu Azizov, a resident of Aghdam village of Tovuz region, born in 1944 (76 years old).

Shooting at civilians with heavy weapons is a clear manifestation of Armenian fascism and barbarism.

Earlier, Armenians fired on our settlements with heavy weapons. As a result, civilians were killed and the economy, property and living infrastructure were severely damaged.
