The Ministry of Education has clarified the information that schools will be closed and education will continue remotely due to the increase in cases of coronavirus infection.

Axar.az informs that the ministry told that the decision will be made public if the relevant agencies make a decision.

It should be noted that full-time education has been restored in Azerbaijan in lower grades (I-IV) since September 22, and in upper grades (V-XI) since September 29.

School-lyceum No. 20, secondary school No. 245 and Ankara school-lyceum in Baku have been closed due to coronavirus infection in recent days, and more than 200 classes in several educational institutions have been transferred to distance education for 14 days.
