Thus, according to the amendments made to the Law on State Duties by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 415-VIQD of December 3, 2021, the number of state duties, including inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, geographical indications, related rights The amounts of state fees for the integrated circuit topology and data sets of the facility has been increased by an average of 50-100 percent.
