Employees of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency are already monitoring the Sarsang reservoir.

Axar.az reports that the Agency has released information about this.

It is reported that after the glorious victory of our army, the Sarsang reservoir has also come under our control.

It should be recalled that in 1976, the Sarsang reservoir was built and put into use on the Tartarchay River.

The total volume of the warehouse is 565 mln. cubic meters, the useful volume is 500 million cubic meters. The area of the water mirror of the reservoir is 1346 hectares, and the length of the coastline is 50.25 km.

A total of 95,000 hectares of agricultural land in Tartar, Aghdara, Aghdam, Aghjabedi, Yevlakh, Barda, and Goranboy regions will be supplied with water collected in the Sarsang reservoir.
