Russia claims to have achieved a tactical success in the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region. However, claims about capturing the city do not reflect the actual situation.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian military expert Dmytro Snegiryov made this statement.

“The northern part of the city is far from other directions of Kupyansk. Moreover, the Ukrainian army is currently conducting systematic and effective operations to destroy the occupiers’ small assault groups. Every attempt by such groups to advance ends in losses,” he emphasized.

It should be noted that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that they would take control of Kupyansk within a few days.
