US envoy: Two key issues remain in Russia-Ukraine talks

Although the end of the Russia-Ukraine war is close, the issue of the ownership of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and the territories of Ukraine’s Donetsk region still remains on the negotiation agenda.

Axar.az reports that U.S. President’s Special Representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stated this.

“The last 10 meters are the hardest to reach. I truly believe we have only a few issues left — the Donetsk region and the Zaporizhzhia NPP. I think that if we resolve these two issues, the rest will end well,” he said.
