Yerevan court orders Tevanyan’s detention

A court in Yerevan has ordered the two-month detention of parliamentary candidate Andranik Tevanyan.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Armenia’s Investigative Committee.

It should be noted that criminal proceedings had earlier been launched against Tevanyan on charges of treason and espionage.
