Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this.

“We are committed to reaching the agreement between Putin and Erdogan on the Idlib issue. Our common goal must be the separation of terrorists and opposition forces. We must prioritize what we should do to achieve this goal. The intercourse with the Turkish army continues every day,” Lavrov said.

The Russian minister said the coordination information was transferred to the Syrian army yesterday:

“There was no information about the Turkish troops was being shot. Violation of the Idlib Agreement and what happened yesterday was not our responsibility. We extend our condolences to Turkey. We will continue to work for the security of Turkish soldiers operating in the region to reduce tensions in the allegations.

The Russian and Turkish delegations will continue their talks today. I don't think there are insurmountable obstacles.

We are ready to negotiate to establish coordination with the claimant.”
