Belarus did not invite Russia to the elections

Russia's Central Election Commission has not received an official invitation from its Belarusian counterparts to observe the presidential election.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ella Pamfilova, chairwoman of the Russian Central Election Commission.

He said that was why the commission decided not to send an observer to Belarus.
