The United States has welcomed the actions of the Slovak government in expelling three Russian diplomats suspected of spying.

"The United States welcomes its recent efforts to protect Slovakia's sovereignty from foreign threats.

"The Slovak Foreign Ministry has openly stated that it will not tolerate Russian politically motivated crimes either on Slovak soil or in Europe," Ortagus said.
