Another humanitarian aid has been delivered to Armenians returned to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan from Russia. Before the cold snap, locals bought warm blankets and building materials to renovate their homes.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

There are more than 3,000 warm blankets in the cargo. At the same time, about 8 tons of construction materials were brought to Khojavend. The cargo consists of 6.5 tons of metal profile and more than 1.2 tons of wood.

It should be noted that Russian rescuers provide comprehensive assistance to organizations and institutions, including educational institutions.
