Additional units of the Russian military police have been sent to the Syrian province of Hasaka, which borders Turkey.

Axar.az reports that the military police will strengthen the security of checkpoints.

In total, about 300 additional servicemen will be stationed at the observation posts.

The Russian and Turkish military is conducting a joint patrol in the northeastern Syrian province of Hasaka. Patrol routes are jointly developed by Russia and Turkey. Interaction of military specialists is carried out with the help of interpreters.
