Armenian President Armen Sargsyan offered Russia the services of Armenians around the world.

Axar.az reports citing Armenian media Sargsyan indirectly hinted that the diaspora could be a great help to Russia in the world:

"Russia is a large nuclear power with a former imperial tradition, and Armenia is a small country with great potential. We are talking about a diaspora that is well integrated into the socio-political life of most countries, from San Francisco to Canberra. I will say more. The world is entering the first stage of the emergence of network states, and Armenia has all the chances to become such a country. In turn, Russia must determine how it wants to see Armenia."
