We will not sign a document on delimitation and demarcation of borders until Azerbaijani troops leave Armenia.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

"Initially, it was assumed that the parties would be located along the temporary former Soviet border. With its recent actions, Azerbaijan has virtually disrupted this process. Negotiations can be carried out only after the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the territories of Syunik (Zangazur) and Gegharkunik provinces," Pashinyan said.
