Foreign Ministry's special envoy Mikayil Agasandyan has been appointed head of Russia's permanent mission to the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

Axar.az reports that the decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It should be noted that Andrei Shvedov previously held this position.
