The Armenian and Turkish delegations visited the reception hall of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow, where the first meeting of the special envoys of the two countries on the normalization of bilateral relations will be held.

The Turkish delegation is led by former Ankara Ambassador to the United States Sardar Kilic, while the Armenian delegation is led by Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan.
