If we don't continue to help Ukraine, there is a risk that Putin's troops will stand on the border with Poland. Then the war will quickly spread to EU and NATO territories.

Axar.az reports that German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbok said these words in an interview with local media.

"It is difficult to calculate what we will have to pay if we have to defend our freedom and independence ourselves. Supporting Ukraine allows us to keep the war away from us," said Berbok.

He noted that if Ukraine cannot defend itself, millions of people will be forced to flee to Europe.

"I remind these words first of all to those who rejected the aid to Kyiv. Defeat will have fatal consequences - for a free Ukraine and a free Europe, so aid to Ukraine must be expanded."
