The administration of US President Joe Biden is closely monitoring the possible responses of Iran, the Hezbollah movement, as well as groups in Iraq and Syria, to the assassination of Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrullah by Israel.

Axar.az reports that John Kirby, the strategic communications coordinator of the White House's National Security Council, said this.

"We are watching this very carefully to understand how and when Hezbollah, Iran and groups in Iraq and Syria will react. We have to be prepared to respond in some form," he said on ABC TV.
