WHO chief hospitalized in Rio de Janeiro

World Health Organization (WHO) chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has been hospitalized in Rio de Janeiro’s Hospital Samaritano Barra da Tijuca.

Axar.az informs that, citing Reuters, reported on Thursday.

Tedros sought “the hospital with symptoms of labyrinthitis (an inner ear infection) and an hypertensive crisis,” after first showing signs of being unwell on Monday at the sidelines of the G20 summit.
